Your order can be delivered to anywhere throughout Australia by either Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Delivery is a 2 – 10 working days depending on the distance from the home store. The standard rates of delivery are $10.00 although certain items may attract a higher delivery charge.*
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express Delivery is a 1 - 3 working day service for orders placed before 12pm.*
*Freight delivery times stated are for average volume items with total order weight under 5kg for metro areas in eastern states. Additional delivery time may result for some deliveries. Please allow extra time for delivery to western states. Express dDelivery is not available on oversized or bulky items. Contact your home store should you require more details.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found by logging into your account online and viewing your order history. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated by our courier company.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
King IT only ships to addresses within Australia. For international shipping please contact your home store directly.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
We ordinarily only ship to residential addresses, however we can ship to PO boxes but this can extend the processing time for your order.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Depending on the order, someone may be required to be available to receive the delivery. We will not under any circumstances issue instructions to our shippers to leave shipments unattended when no one is at the delivery location. If you miss your delivery a note will be left by the courier company with instructions on how you can collect your parcel.
